Richard Addelman

Richard graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A. of Commerce in 1966 and received his LL.B. in 1969. He was called to the Bar in 1971 and has practiced criminal defence for his entire career at law.

Douglas M. Baum

Douglas came to Ottawa from Montreal in 1989 to pursue a law degree, graduating in 1992 and was called to the Bar in 1994. He was previously commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Armed Forces.

Jason H. Gilbert

Jason obtained his law degree from Queen's University and has practiced exclusively criminal law since being called to the Ontario Bar. Jason has tried many cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, before both judge and jury. He has also represented clients in very complex and lengthy proceedings such as Dangerous and Long Term Offender hearings, and has done appellate work at the Ontario Court of Appeal in Toronto. Jason has written for legal publications such as The Lawyers Weekly newspaper, and has been a speaker at legal education seminars, and contributing writer for legal education publications. Jason did his undergraduate studies in journalism and political science.

Joseph obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal, followed by his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. He has been involved in precedent setting cases and is passionate and dedicated to his clients.
